Ranzania japonica
This species forms fleshy stems from an underground rhizome in springtime. At the end of the stems develop two three lobed leaves . Between the leaves are 1 to more developed droopy flowerstalks, each with one cup-shaped purple flower at the end . Pretty and Rar ! 2 year old plants which need another year or two years to bloom!
